Tim has been serving individuals, families and businesses in retail financial services since 2011 with the experience he has gained over decades of corporate consulting, specialty financing services, multi-national business management and corporate finance, and at a national broker-dealer.
When Tim isn't busy at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 25+ years, Bachis, and their two sons, Alan and Alex. While Tim was raised in New England and the Midwest to parents of Irish and Polish heritage, Bachis was born and raised in Mexico City to parents of Spanish and Italian heritage. The family is bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and multi-cultural and embraces heritage and culture from all sides of the family.
Tim donates his time as a volunteer tennis (and previously ski) coach for the Colorado Special Olympics, as well as at the Gabriel House Project of Catholic Charities. He completed in 2020 a four-year stint as a member of the Finance Council at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
Tim earned his BS from Cornell University, an MBA from Northwestern University, the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as a CO Health and Insurance license and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College of Financial Services.
Andrew spent 14 years as an aerospace and software engineer at Raytheon before joining JRW Advisory Services. Andrew left engineering to pursue a career where he could directly help people after helping friends and family with their financial questions and concerns. He's currently working towards his CFP designation with the eventual goal of purely providing pro bono financial advice to those that need it most.
Andrew's been actively investing since 2014, and writes under the name, "The Stock Dudar" on Seeking Alpha as a hobby. In his spare time, Andrew and his wife, Liora, enjoy hiking the Colorado wilderness and traveling the world's islands including Iceland, New Zealand, Hawaii, with Japan up next.
Andrew earned his BS & MS from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He holds a series 65 license.
